100 Hour Service

The 100-hour service is designed to catch problems before they leave you stranded. By servicing your boat every 100 hours of operation (or once a year), you protect your investment, extend your engine’s life, and keep your family safe on the water.
Our certified marine mechanic checks every critical system to ensure your boat is reliable:
Oil & Filter Change – Keep your engine running smooth and efficient.
Fuel System Inspection – Prevent clogs, leaks, or breakdowns.
Cooling System Flush & Check – Protect against overheating in Tampa Bay’s heat.
Electrical Systems Check – Batteries, wiring, and charging systems tested for dependability.
Propeller & Lower Unit Inspection – Ensure safe and efficient operation.
General Safety Check – Review of belts, hoses, and fittings to avoid surprises on the water.
Typical 100hr/ annual service for inboard/outboard (Sterndrive application)
Our certified marine mechanic checks every critical system to ensure your boat is reliable:
- Run engine to Optemp.
- Drain oil and gear oil.
- R/R engine oil & filter.
- Inspect/Replace water pump.
- R/R Fuel filter.
- Inspect/Replace Plugs.
- Inspect coolant quality and level(closed cooling applications)
- Inspect/Replace t-stat.
- Remove SternDrive.
- Inspect Props & shafts.
- Inspect/Replace bellows.
- Clean and grease shafts.
- Install gasket kit and drive.
- Torque new nylon lock nuts.
- R/R gear oil.
- Grease prop shaft.
Typical 100 hr/annual service on outboard
Our certified marine mechanic checks every critical system to ensure your boat is reliable:
- Run engine to Optemp.
- Drain oil and gear oil.
- R/R oil filter and fuel filters.
- Remove lower unit.
- Inspect/Replace water pump.
- Grease shafts and install lower unit.
- Inspect/Replace spark plugs.
- Inspect/Replace t-stat.
- Replace external anodes
- Touch up grease points and linkages.
Service Disclaimer
***Does not include manufacturer specific interval I.e. if the engine is at 500 hrs and it’s a Yamaha engine, Yamaha requires extra items for inspection and/or replacement. So at 500 hrs you are doing a 100 hr service and the 500 hr service. Especially if it’s still within warranty so that warranty will be maintained.
